Key Responsibilities
Own and execute customer onboarding programs to ensure quick value
realization
Develop strategies to drive customer adoption and retention through
engagement with key product features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer
experience throughout their lifecycle
Required Qualifications
8+ years of relevant marketing experience
5+ years of experience in customer marketing, onboarding, or a
related field
Proven ability to manage marketing programs that drive adoption and
retention
Experience in a fast-paced, SaaS or B2B tech environment
Familiarity with customer engagement platforms and marketing
automation tools
