Job Description:
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION - WORKED
WITH A GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR SEVERAL YEARS (understands all
aspects of the project (all the trades, etc. plumbing, electrical -
estimating the job - the buyout -
This position is responsible for and authorized to lead specific
projects as the representative of Winter
Park Construction on and off the job site.
Project Managers are responsible for the timely resolution of
construction issues and conflicts while fostering an enthusiastic,
creative, ?can-do? attitude among the Project team members.
HOURS OF WORK
Base hours 8:00AM ? 5:00PM, Monday ? Friday. Additional hours
worked may be required due to
project demands.
