Education & Experience:

Experience:

?Three years telecommunications experience installing telephone lines, service and key systems.

?Experience with Cisco Call Manager with voice certifications

Job Requirements:

?Strong knowledge and understanding of telecom terminology and processes, including PRIs, T1 lines, POTS, analog and digital technologies.

?Ability to work effectively with telecom vendors and technicians.

?Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

?Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)

?Excellent customer service skills

?Working in a team environment

?Excellent Organization Skills

?Self-Motivation and ability to work with Deadlines

?Maintaining hard copies and files

?Continuous sitting, typing, writing, vision and hearing (or modified communication)

?Frequent walking and talking

?Occasional bending or stooping

?Work environment is office atmosphere, quiet conditions.

Primary Responsibilities:

?Establishes service and manages timelines for new telecommunications at corporate and retail sites. Value: supports company growth, ensures efficient and timely activation of services for new locations.

?Supports telecom issues with existing service. Value: provides ongoing support to maintain communications and customer experience.

?Communicates directly with internal customers, vendors, and service providers. Value: Ensures timely and accurate service ordering and installation, maintains adherence to construction timelines and operational deadlines.

?Communicates information to appropriate individuals in a timely manner. Value: allows the business to preemptively respond to potential service issues.

?Manages daily telecom reporting processes and services. Value: provides accurate and timely reporting to management on all telecom activities.

?Mentor for junior CSR position as well as provide backup. Value: accelerates knowledge of new staff as well as cross training.

?Cancellation of old circuits when necessary.

?Work in conjunction with Telecom Analyst to insure billing is accurate.

?Ability to configure phones in Cisco Call Manager and setup basic features.

?Assists with maintaining a harassment-free work environment

?Observes Code of Ethical Business Conduct.

?Supports company safety initiatives.
