Job Description:
A company is looking for an EUX Engineer L2 to support Managed
Services contract clients and handle first-level ticket
support.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve problems reported to the call center via phone or web
tickets
Assist Level I technicians with escalated issues and maintain Help
Desk documentation
Configure/image desktops or laptops as needed and improve customer
network documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3-5+ years of Technical Call Center/Help Desk experience
Associates Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
experience
Proficient in Windows Operating systems and MS Office
applications
Basic knowledge of network technologies and VPN clients
At least one relevant industry certification is preferred (e.g.,
CompTIA A+, Network+)
