Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Team Lead to enhance the
chess experience for kids.
Key Responsibilities
Support ChessKid engineering across the full stack including
frontend, backend, iOS, and Android
Ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of user-facing products
by collaborating with product and engineering teams
Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and foster a
supportive work environment
Required Qualifications
Strong technical leadership skills in PHP, iOS, Android, MySQL, and
Java
A constant desire for learning and adaptability to change
Experience in servant leadership
Proven experience in the gaming industry is preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
