Gainesville, FL Lead, inspire, teach and heal as the Director of Pharmacy at UF Health Shands Hospital — Florida’s premier hospital system located in Gainesville, Florida.

In this full-time, director-level position, you will have immense influence within the system. This role will allow you to:

• Advance pharmacological therapeutic solutions that yield optimal outcomes for quality, safety and cost efficiency.
• Utilize and expand your vast experience and clinical knowledge as an expert resource for patients, physicians and pharmacologists.
• Direct and implement plans that will further advance the Department of Pharmacy.
• Serve as resident faculty and mentor for Pharmacy students from the UF College of Pharmacy, one of U.S. News & World Report’s Top 5 pharmacy colleges.
  The successful candidate should be a well-rounded pharmacy leader with an advanced degree, current licensure and at least five years of administrative experience in an academic health care setting.
