Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of customer-driven campaign programs to drive
adoption and retention
Grow the customer advocacy program and create opportunities for
customer engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer
adoption and retention initiatives
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS in business, marketing, statistics, computer science, or a
related discipline
5-8 years of experience in enterprise B2B software sales, product
marketing, or consulting
Customer-first mentality with the ability to articulate value
propositions
Proven track record of collaboration across cross-functional
teams
Experience with sales or marketing technology applications is
preferred
