Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Claims Manager to oversee
claims processing and manage a team of adjusters.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise inexperienced adjusters and manage new loss intake across
multiple lines of business
Develop and execute claims settlement strategies in collaboration
with other management teams
Prepare and present detailed reports on complex claims and manage
vendor relationships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
10+ years of experience in Commercial General Liability, Commercial
Auto, and Property Claims Adjusting
2+ years of Claims Management experience
Bachelor's degree required
Texas Independent Adjuster License or ability to obtain it
promptly, along with multistate adjusting licenses
Achieved or working towards designations such as CPCU, PCLS/PCLA,
SPPA, or AIC
