Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, People Operations to support its growth and foster scalable people processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all people operations functions, including benefits, HRIS, payroll, and onboarding/offboarding
Maintain compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed
Drive continuous improvement of people processes and promote an inclusive workplace culture

Required Qualifications

3+ years of People Operations experience in high-growth environments
Significant experience in benefits administration and compensation functions
Strong knowledge of compliance and HR best practices
Experience developing partnerships across all organizational levels
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
