Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Identity and
Access Management Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of identity operations engineers, fostering
a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Oversee day-to-day operations, incident management, and change
management related to IAM services
Implement processes for operational excellence, including incident
resolution and service metrics establishment
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
technical field
8+ years of experience in leading IT enterprise services
operational support
5+ years of proven leadership experience in Identity and Access
Management
Experience with IT service management (ITIL)
Strong knowledge of IAM capabilities and technologies
