Job Description:

A company is looking for a Commercial Relationship Manager III to manage a portfolio of commercial business relationships and loans.

Key Responsibilities

Originate, analyze, structure, and close profitable loan transactions
Maintain credit worthiness of customers and participate in underwriting loan requests
Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful transactions and promote cross-selling of bank products

Required Qualifications

Four-year college degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience
8 - 12 years of commercial lending experience
Prior experience in negotiating and closing complex commercial loan transactions
Thorough knowledge of underwriting guidelines and legal documentation
MBA in Finance or Accounting preferred
