Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Contracts & Procurement
to oversee and manage contracts and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, negotiate, and administer contracts with vendors
and service providers
Oversee the procurement of goods and services while ensuring
compliance with federal regulations
Lead a small contracts team and manage vendor relationships for
effective contract execution
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management and
procurement
Experience in a grant-funded environment and knowledge of CFR 200
and/or FAR
Experience working with government grants and compliance
requirements
Procurement-related certifications (FAC-C, CPPO, etc.)
preferred
Experience with Google Workspace products and e-signature platforms
preferred
