Desired Education Level: Bachelors Degree

Pay: $26/hr - $31/hr (depending on experience)

Job Description:

The work this job supports are for new health care products in preparation of Health Care Reform:

- Interface with executives and key business people from an insurance company and other third party vendors. (This position does not require travel; all communications with individuals outside of Jacksonville are by phone or email.)

- Effectively facilitate and manage conference calls and meetings with executives and key business people who have different perspectives, work styles and opinions with the goal of bringing them together to work issues, finalize recommendations, and/or make decisions.

- Collect and prioritize agenda items, sometimes requiring significant research to provide background and work issues before meetings.

- Speak in front of people portraying a professional, knowledgeable demeanor that conveys confidence to resolve issues and achieve results.

- Record detailed meeting notes and manage action items to completion; conducting follow up and interfacing with many individuals to bring open items and issues to resolution.

- Collaborate with staff to plan and execute projects as needed, with a willingness to take on jobs large and small

- Perform research and interview staff in order to prepare presentations and answer questions

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, plus business analysis experience supporting customers in the Sales, Membership & Billing, Finance, and claims operations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Must negotiate timeframes, commitments, and deliverables

- Health Care products and rates knowledge
