Job Description:
A company is looking for an ALTA Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage single and multi-site projects, ensuring completion,
oversight, and budget adherence
Review and quality-check ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and Zoning
Reports for complex transactions
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and manage workflow
and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
(minimum of five years)
Experience in proposal preparation, budget development, and
financial management
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification preferred
Proficiency in web-based project management tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
concurrently
