A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to enhance
brand loyalty and relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive customer marketing programs for upsell and product
adoption
Build and manage a thriving customer community and facilitate user
groups
Measure program success and manage customer communication
initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or
equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product, Marketing, or
Sales (B2B SaaS required)
Experience creating marketing campaigns and familiarity with
Marketo and Gainsight
Strong knowledge of online community platforms and strategies
Experience in enhancing customer journeys using digital
touchpoints
