Immediate Hire: Director of Sales for Trade Show ExhibitsExhibit Experience is a leading provider of trade show exhibits and event solutions. We specialize in delivering high-quality, impactful displays and services that help our clients shine at trade shows and events across the globe.Position: Director of SalesResponsibilities:

• Lead and Motivate: Inspire and manage the sales team to improve customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategic sales plans to reach annual sales goals.
• Client Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
• Sales Objectives: Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
• Reporting: Draft detailed and accurate sales reports to inform upper management of progress.
• Customer Understanding: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
• Market Analysis: Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to set competitive selling prices.
• Performance Assessment: Regularly meet with sales managers to assess company performance and strategize improvements.Requirements:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the trade show or events industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in marketing techniques and best practices.
• Project Management: Ability to manage various projects and work under tight deadlines.
