Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analytics & Reporting
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the development and production of complex departmental
reports and analyses
Lead policy setting and oversee compliance procedures within
business processes
Supervise a team of 5 or more direct reports to achieve business
results
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years related business line
experience, or a combined minimum of 11 years higher education
and/or work experience
A minimum of 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience
Expert understanding of business functions, processes, and
operations
Experience in managing complex projects and strategic
initiatives
Knowledge of relevant banking laws and regulations
