Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure
client satisfaction and growth with their product.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, maximizing
their value from the product
Proactively manage client relationships to drive adoption,
retention, and growth opportunities
Collaborate with sales and product teams to address client needs
and provide actionable insights
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a
similar role
Experience in a startup environment is highly preferred
Strong background in financial technology or enterprise-level tech
companies
Experience with client success software such as Gainsight and
Hubspot
Proven experience in deal-making and managing client relationships
in a revenue-driven environment
