Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Global Payroll to oversee
payroll operations across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the entire payroll process for global and
multi-state payroll
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and
statutory requirements
Collaborate with HR to validate and process payroll information,
and oversee year-end payroll processes
Required Qualifications
6+ years of payroll experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or
managerial role
Proven experience in global payroll management in a multinational
company
In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,
or a related field preferred
CPP certification is a plus
