Job Description:
A company is looking for an Admin Solutions Manager to lead a
team of Admin Solutions Consultants and manage relationships with
advisors and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate the Admin for Linsco Program and manage
admin capacity allocation
Conduct daily team huddles, provide coaching, and monitor team
performance
Manage advisor relationships and implement feedback for improved
advisor experience
Required Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience
3+ years of financial services experience
Experience working with financial advisors
FINRA licensed or willingness to obtain required licenses
1+ years of experience with LPL is preferred
