belong.\rKey Responsibilities:In this position, your primary
accountability will be to participate in the development of
biomedical optical products. More specifically, you will
collaborate closely with vision scientists, optical designers,
clinicians and internal and external Centers of Excellence across
the world to identify and create scientific knowledge by developing
novel clinical metrology instrumentation. You will use your
experience with scientific programming and optomechanical hardware
assembly to design and build optical test bench systems, and to
identify, acquire and deploy commercial clinical metrology
solutions. This involves partnering with clinicians, vision
scientists and external researchers to identify desired clinical
metrics, create system requirements, build or acquire novel
instrumentation, deploy solution to the clinic and disseminate
insights in technical reports, intellectual property disclosures
and scientific publications.You will adhere to all environmental
and safety policies and procedures and support department
environmental objectives as well as engage in Credo-based decision
making.\r
