Job Description:
Position Summary:
? Obtain all charts from Medical Records and ensure all information
for the patient's visit is available at least 2 days prior to the
patient's date of service.
? Daily Vital Patient Checks (Height. Weight, Blood Draws)
? Ensure that treatment rooms are adequately stocked for the
clinic, including medical supplies and prescriptions.
? If a patient no shows to an appt, call the patient to reschedule
their appointment, if you are unable to reschedule the appointment
inform their attorney by phone and fax of their cancellation.
? Check calendar for conferences and depositions
? Clean all exam rooms. Ensures everything is stocked for the next
day's clinic.
? Checks medications for expiration date, stocks rooms, and changes
sharps boxes when needed.
? Returns all patient calls within 24-48 hours of the time the call
was left to assist patients with questions, medication refills,
etc.
? Check email daily to ensure there is no communication from
? Prepare Coat and Bag daily
