Job Description:

We seek a Phlebotomist to work in Patient Service Centers or client offices, providing exceptional customer service and skilled specimen collections, with opportunities for growth and development.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely
• Process billing information and collect payments
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen logs
• Provide superior customer service
• Complete administrative tasks as needed
• Travel to additional sites when requiredRequirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification (preferred)
  • Previous phlebotomy experience
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record (if applicable)
  • Flexibility to work overtime
