Job Title: Emergency Room NurseParrish Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse to join our team. As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions, including those requiring emergency interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, utilizing evidence-based safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently, utilizing electronic health records systems.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
  • At least one year of experience in emergency nursing or a related field.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required.
