  **Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare food to comply with portion sizes, quality standards, and department rules
    
  • Keep workstations, coolers, and equipment clean and organized
    
  • Use waste control guidelines and record waste on the spoilage sheet
    
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
    
    
    **Qualifications:**
    
    • 
      
    • At least 1 year of previous experience in a back-of-the-house foodservice position
      
    • Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes
      
    • Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements
      
      
      **Physical Requirements:**
      
      • 
        
      • Lift 50 lbs or more, reach up to seven feet, bend, and squat
        
      • Stand and walk for the entire length of shift in moderate to high noise levels
        
      • Operate kitchen equipment and exposed to variable temperatures and damp environments
