Summary: Assist Team Leader in daily operations, lead and develop Team Members, and ensure a positive company image. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain store layout and product merchandising.
• Work with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assist Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports, and labor.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and awareness of new products.
• Maintain good vendor relationships and ensure all paperwork is properly submitted.
• Work with Team Leader to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Function as point person and departmental person in charge in absence of Team Leader.
• Set and achieve the highest standards of retail execution.
• Foster a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
• Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs and direct Team Members to satisfy and delight customers.
• Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel Team Members.
• Provide timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations.
• Communicate and model WFM vision and goals.Key Skills:

• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.Requirements: 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk 6-8 hours, use single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling, and work in a wet and cold environment.
