Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Recruiter to manage
full cycle recruitment for clinical and behavioral health
roles.
Key Responsibilities
Drive full cycle recruiting for clinical roles including
Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Therapists
Build and maintain a pipeline of clinical talent through creative
sourcing strategies
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment
processes and track metrics
Required Qualifications
6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years in
clinical or healthcare recruitment
Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates and developing a
diverse candidate pipeline
Experience with Lever or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adjust priorities as
needed
