Job description:
The Recruiter Senior is an intermediate position responsible for
the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment
process in coordination with the Human Resources team.
The overall objective of this role is to participate in various
recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business
strategy.
Responsibilities:
Managed full life cycle requisitions (30-40 roles) within Global
Consumer Technology.
Collaborated with hiring managers and colleagues to oversee the
end-to-end recruitment process.
Conducted sourcing, resume screening, and interviews to evaluate
and select candidates.
Devised a diversity sourcing strategy for IT leadership and
software developer roles.
Actively participated in Bank's recruiting Diversity, Equity &
Inclusion Network.
Offered recommendations and skillfully negotiated candidate offers
through a proactive offer process, ensuring well-structured offer
terms.
Contributed to the development of the NAM Talent Acquisition CRM,
implementing metrics and establishing best practices.
Managed full life cycle requisitions (20-30 roles) across multiple
lines of business.
Conducted applicant sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and
comprehensive candidate assessments, presenting a curated shortlist
to senior hiring managers.
Oversaw recruitment efforts for candidates within the Cards/Global
Consumer Banking operations.
Recruited IT professionals for both Global Consumer Banking and
ICG, focusing on roles such as Sr. Architects, Sr. Programmers, and
Project Managers.
Served as a Talent Advisor, providing consultative support to
clients in the development of effective sourcing strategies.
Must Haves:
5-8 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of complex compensation structures
Demonstrated experience with senior hires
Knowledge of search and direct hiring
Ability to source talent through social media channels and other
networking activities
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
