A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Lead (Platform & Integrations).



Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a small engineering squad while contributing hands-on as a Staff Software Engineer
Own the technical architecture and implementation of the API ecosystem and third-party integrations
Establish and monitor system health metrics and lead incident response efforts


Required Qualifications

Experience building and maintaining integrations with third-party APIs
Experience in developing and scaling external-facing API products
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go); Elixir is a plus
Ability to make sound design and implementation decisions considering scale and maintenance
Demonstrated ability to set strategy for evolving systems while delivering incremental value
