Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to
oversee IT service delivery for Venue Infrastructure and
Application support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the IT service delivery catalog for venues,
festivals, and offices
Establish and track SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics for IT
services
Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service
delivery policies
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in IT Service Delivery and operations
management
Experience in developing and managing SLAs and KPIs
ITIL v3 Expert certification preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
Experience with ITSM software applications and reporting tools
