Job Description:
Preferred Qualifications:
? PhD from an accredited institution in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology (I/O), Organizational Behavior/Development, Quantitative
Methods, Business Administration/Management or related field of
study
? Experience successfully designing and implementing research
studies in large, complex organizations
? Experience modeling attrition and explaining workforce risks to a
variety of stakeholders
? Experience integrating large data sets from a variety of sources
using SQL / Oracle
? Experience communicating highly technical and complex information
to senior audiences in a concise, logical manner that links it to
business outcomes
? Professional/Senior Professional in HR (PHR/SPHR)
? Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
? Possess Lean / Six Sigma certification
Knowledge and Skills:
? Consultation skills - ability to work with internal clients and
understand the root cause of their needs
? Project management skills such as creating plans at the proper
level of detail, partnering with stakeholders and ensuring progress
through completion
? Ability to prioritize work effectively under competing
demands
? Ability to craft highly practical and realistic solutions
? Ability to be flexible and manage through ambiguity
? Knowledge of Assessment and Analytics concepts, best practices,
and their application
? Knowledge of SOX audits and needs regarding HR processes and
data
? Ability to use applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo 12), HRIS
systems (e.g., Peoplesoft v9.0) and reporting tools (e.g., Business
Objects) to query data
? Ability to manage large datasets and perform advanced statistical
analysis on them in order to understand organizational issues
? Knowledge of SPSS, SAS or ability to perform advanced statistics
in Excel
? Advanced understanding of competency modeling, job descriptions,
item development and criterion development
? Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including ability to produce
charts and graphs on the basis of data and build succinct
presentations for executive audiences
? Communication skills ? ability to speak clearly and succinctly,
tailor messages to executive audiences and share detailed
information at a high level that informs decisions
? Vendor management skills ? ability to direct the work of external
partners to ensure progress and quality standards are met while
staying on budget

Job Requirements:
? 20% travel required.
? The applicant selected for this position may be required to

Job Summary:
Provides consultation for senior leaders in the organization as a
member of the Assessment & Analytics team in Human Resources (HR).
Advises, designs, implements and monitors effectiveness of talent
solutions to predict individual and organizational performance. We
