Job Description:

Job Description: - Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements

- Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements

- Plans, prepares and executes various testing activities to ensure appropriate testing is conducted for the work effort, including a test matrix

- May assist in business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology

- May negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation

- Considers all business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment

- Participates in the completion of standard and ad hoc reporting requests

- Participates in components of project and/or production support activities

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor?s degree or work equivalent

- Experience with MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook

- Experience with evaluating data and presenting the data within an easy to understand format

- Experience utilizing Visio

- Intermediate understanding of process and operational workflows

- Advanced research skills

- Working knowledge of project methodologies
