Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managed Services Technical Consultant
to deliver services that ensure the successful operation of
solutions deployed at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Managed Services tasks based on contractual SLAs, including
monitoring and error resolution
Maintain consistent communication with customers and partners to
resolve issues
Act as a product SME and contribute to the development of best
practices and methodologies
Required Qualifications
5+ years working with HA solution products
Education or equivalent experience in computer system operations,
preferably with AS400/IBMi and database replication
iSeries administration experience
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to manage workload for daily coverage of assigned
accounts
