Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and mentorship to the technical support team
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, hardware, and
network-related issues
Manage team goals and performance metrics while collaborating with
other departments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5-10 years of experience in technical support or similar roles
High School Diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
1+ year of people management experience preferred
Commitment to customer safety and satisfaction
