Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Payments Counsel for a
full-time, 6-month remote engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Review and draft commercial agreements related to payments
products
Advise on regulatory compliance related to payments and banking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product
development and launch
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
5-10 years of experience as a practicing attorney in payments and
banking law
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
requirements
Prior experience with complex procurement or payments-related
agreements
