Job Description:

Our growing personal injury law firm is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented attorney to join our litigation team. The primary responsibilities will be handling complex legal research and writing, with a focus on high-level cases in litigation. This is a full-time, in-office position in our downtown Jacksonville office.

Responsibilities:
--- Conduct in-depth legal research on intricate legal issues
--- Draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs for personal injury cases
--- Collaborate with the litigation team on strategy and case preparation
--- Attend hearings and trials when necessary to support litigation efforts
--- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to meet deadlines

Qualifications:
--- Admitted to the Florida Bar
--- 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation (preferred)
--- Exceptional legal writing and research skills
--- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in simple, clear language
--- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
