Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage various
customer projects within the enablement and processing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate projects across various functional areas and manage
supplier set-ups
Facilitate project meetings, identify issues, and provide updates
to stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to document customer requirements
and oversee seasonal tasks like the 1099 process
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles coordinating
operational tasks
Ability to communicate with stakeholders to define project
requirements and objectives
Strong organizational skills
Proven success working with all levels of management
Preferred experience in project coordinating or management
