Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor responsible for
recruiting qualified candidates into various educational
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct prospective student interviews and provide accurate
information about college programs
Maintain consistent contact with prospective students and deliver
high-quality customer service
Document all student interactions into CRM and adhere to compliance
regulations
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of enrollment experience
Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of Campus Management products, strongly preferred
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with a high level of
accuracy
