Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global CX/TX Lead to drive Customer
and Tenant Experience across their Property Management
business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall performance against the CX P&L globally
Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance CX
product effectiveness and continuous improvement
Lead a global community of CX Product leadership for standard
processes and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant
experience
Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance
management
Leadership skills to motivate teams towards operational targets
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to manage cross-functional projects in client-facing
environments
