No Earlier Than February 3, 2025Preferred Qualifications:
- English language communications required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient knowledge of computer software to include inventory
control and Microsoft Excel.
- Previous warehouse/receiving experience required.
- Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends,
and holidays.Responsibilities:
- Performs receiving activities according to accepted procedures,
verifies receipt of materials and supplies as specified on purchase
order documents.
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend; lift and carry up to 50 plus
pounds.
- Notifies Storeroom Supervisor and Purchasing of any receiving
related discrepancies, to facilitate request for credit or
replacement or damaged or discrepant goods.
- Transports materials to appropriate storage area in a timely
manner.
- Ensure proper dating, tagging of all food products, materials
placed into storeroom.
- Adheres to all food safety and sanitation requirements.
- Performs all operations necessary to maintain the cleanliness
and safety of the receiving area.
- Completes computerized receiving reports and transmits
receiving documentation.
- Maintains organized purchase order and receiving documentation
files.
- Assists in the performance of monthly/quarterly/annual
inventories.
- Other duties as assigned.
