Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Biostatistician to oversee
biostatistics efforts for molecular diagnostic tests.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute analyses for validation studies
Perform statistical analyses for validation studies of varying
complexity
Produce documentation of analysis plans, methods, results, and
interpretations
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in biostatistics, statistics, or equivalent with 4+
years of relevant experience, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant
experience
Previous diagnostic experience
Minimum of 4 years practical experience with statistical analysis
software such as R, SAS, or JMP
Expert knowledge of statistical methodology in diagnostic
medicine
Prior experience with NGS, genetics, and/or oncology testing is a
plus
