Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Negotiator to manage
customer contract negotiations and legal agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate various legal agreements including
content licenses and vendor agreements
Manage relationships between sales teams and internal experts to
ensure compliance with company policies
Participate in special projects and develop subject matter
expertise within the Legal Department
Required Qualifications
Licensed attorney or relevant experience for non-attorneys
Solid understanding of legal terms and contract formulation
principles
Experience in the software or SAAS industries preferred
Familiarity with intellectual property licensing and privacy law is
a plus
Experience with Salesforce, Apttus, and/or Peoplesoft is
advantageous
