Job Description:
A company is looking for a qualified Arabic interpreter for
over-the-phone interpretation services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consecutive interpretation between Arabic and English for
government representatives and individuals with low English
proficiency
Perform sight translation of written documents as required
Conduct quality control reviews of translated documents when
necessary
Required Qualifications
One year of training, education, or related experience in
interpretation
Highly proficient in both English and Arabic, with an ILR scale of
2+
Ability to interpret with clear pronunciation and manage delivery
pace
Experience with regional colloquialisms and slang expressions
Willingness to request clarification of speaker's statements when
justified
