Lead Quality Analysts (Jacksonville, FL) - Lead in analysis, design and development of testing procedures for software systems using Quality Center ALM 11.5, MTM, Rally, HP AGM 2.5.Prepare workflow charts and diagrams to specify in detail testing operations using Guidewire Suite (PC, BC, CC), QTP, WinRunner, LoadRunner, ClearQuest, Requisite Pro, Test Director.Develop test strategies, test plans, and resource loading using Guidewire PC & BC, including OnBase and Thunderhead using RALLY.Conduct defect triage calls and debug using Defect Tracking Tool (QA Symphony, HP ALM).Perform test scenario reviews and prepare test reports and status reports during Scrum calls using Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber framework.Optimize automation frameworks and processes using RESTful APIs, SQL queries, and Ruby (RSpec).Minimum Requirements:Must have a Master's Degree or its equivalent (Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years experience inclusive of 2 years experience in job offered or as QA Lead) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering plus 2 years experience in job offered or as QA Lead.Require skills and knowledge in Quality Center ALM 11.5, MTM, Rally, HP AGM 2.5, Guidewire Suite (PC, BC, CC), ClearQuest, JIRA.Require 100% travel to unanticipated client locations in the US. Allow telecommuting.
