AppleOne is currently sourcing for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. The client is a non-profit organization. Please review the job description and requirements listed below.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

o Greet callers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures

o Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy

o Maintains customer records by updating account information

o Confirm customer understanding and resolve service problems by determining the cause of the problem & selecting the best resolution to solve the problem

o Expediting corrections and/or adjustments; Following up to ensure resolution

o Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity

o Utilize computer technology & support tools to handle high call volumes and respond to common customer requests

o Meet Quality Assurance objectives

o Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance

o Maintain knowledge of program and handle changes in company policies

o Answer customer inquiries via phone & email

" Bilingual a plus (Spanish and/or Creole)

" Ability to follow established policies/procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy of results

" Ability to take ownership of tasks through completion

Minimum 3 yrs Call Center experience a MUST.

H.S. Diploma

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
