Job Description:
A company is looking for a Brokerage Services Analyst (S7 & S63)
for a remote position in Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized client service by addressing inquiries and
assisting with products in a call center environment
Resolve complex issues and promote client retention while
collaborating with Financial Representatives
Educate clients on self-service capabilities and adapt to changing
environments
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent
experience
Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience
Expert knowledge of investment or income products and tax
implications
Required certifications: Series 63, Series 7, and SIE (FINRA)
Demonstrated computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
