Job Summary:We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Loader to join our team. The Loader will be responsible for loading and unloading materials by hand or using equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety, and supporting the warehouse and logistics operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficient flow of goods, and it requires physical stamina and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Load and unload trucks, trailers, and other vehicles by hand or with equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift).Move and arrange materials in the warehouse, ensuring safe storage and easy access.Check items to ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.Follow company policies and safety guidelines to prevent damage to products and maintain a safe work environment.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.Maintain cleanliness and organization in loading areas and warehouse spaces.Assist in inventory management as needed.Requirements:Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and stand, walk, and bend for long periods.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and equipment operation (forklift certification a plus).Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible weekends or holidays.#talroolakeland
