Electronics Manufacturer is looking for you!

We're searching for a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead growth
across the Southeast North America territory. This is more than a
sales role - it's a chance to own the territory, work closely with
industry leaders, and directly contribute to our continued success
in high-reliability markets like space, defense, aerospace, and
medical.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales Growth: Hit or exceed bookings and revenue targets by
developing new accounts and growing existing relationships.
- Own the Territory: Strategically manage rep/distributor networks,
identify key opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to
drive results.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Understand customer needs and work
with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and
world-class service.
- Lead with Insight: Analyze sales data, monitor trends, and
forecast opportunities using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and
Excel.
- Act as a Connector: Serve as the key liaison between customers
and engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure
long-term success and preferred vendor status.
What You Bring:
- A BS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or
equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of sales territory management experience, ideally in
high-reliability industries.
- A proven track record of sales success, customer engagement, and
account growth.
- Familiarity with electronic components - knowledge of magnetics
is a big plus!
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics
preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
